  • “Website” refers to our online platform where services can be accessed and purchased.

2. Services Provided

DigiFlow offers:

  • Secretarial Services (document preparation, typing, filing, data entry, transcription, etc.).
  • Training Services (administration skills, business communication, Microsoft Office training, etc.).
  • Services are available online and payments can be made through our website.

3. Payments & Pricing

  • All prices are displayed on our website and are subject to change without prior notice.
  • Payments must be made in full before service delivery, unless otherwise agreed.
  • We accept payments through [list payment methods, e.g., mobile money, bank transfer, online payment gateways].

4. Cancellation & Refund Policy

  • Clients can cancel a service before work begins for a full refund.
  • Partial refunds may be issued for services that are partially completed.
  • No refunds will be given for completed services unless DigiFlow fails to deliver as agreed.
  • Training cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before a session for a full refund.

5. Client Responsibilities

  • Clients must provide accurate information when requesting services.
  • DigiFlow is not responsible for errors caused by incorrect or incomplete client information.
  • Clients must ensure they have the necessary equipment (e.g., internet, devices) for online training.

6. Service Delivery & Turnaround Time

  • Service delivery timelines will be communicated upon confirmation of order.
  • Delays due to client inaction (e.g., late submission of materials) will not be DigiFlow’s responsibility.
  • Training sessions must be attended at the scheduled time unless rescheduled in advance.

7. Intellectual Property Rights

  • All materials created by DigiFlow (documents, training content, etc.) remain our intellectual property unless stated otherwise.
  • Clients are not allowed to resell, distribute, or modify our training materials without written permission.

8. Privacy & Data Protection

  • Client information will be handled with strict confidentiality.
  • We do not sell, share, or misuse your personal data.
  • By using our services, you agree to our Privacy Policy.

9. Limitation of Liability

  • DigiFlow is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from service use.
  • We do not guarantee specific results from training or secretarial services.
  • In case of disputes, our liability is limited to the amount paid by the client for the service.

10. Changes to Terms

  • DigiFlow reserves the right to update or modify these terms at any time.
  • Continued use of our services after updates means you accept the new terms.
