DigiFlow Refund & Cancellation Policy
At DigiFlow, we strive to provide high-quality secretarial and training services. However, we understand that circumstances may arise where you need to request a refund or cancel a service. Below is our policy to ensure a fair and transparent process.
1. Cancellation Policy
Secretarial Services
- Cancellations made before work has started will receive a full refund.
- If the service is partially completed, a partial refund will be issued based on the work done.
- Cancellations after service completion are not eligible for a refund.
Training Services
- Cancellations made at least 48 hours before the start of a training session will receive a full refund.
- Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the training will receive a 50% refund.
- Once a training session has started, cancellations are not eligible for a refund.
- For self-paced online courses, cancellations must be requested within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund, provided the course has not been accessed.
2. Refund Policy
Secretarial Services
- If you are not satisfied with the completed service, you must request a revision before a refund is considered.
- Refunds are granted only in cases where DigiFlow fails to deliver the service as agreed.
- No refunds for errors or changes caused by incorrect information provided by the client.
Training Services
- If a training session is canceled by DigiFlow, you will receive a full refund or be given the option to reschedule.
- Refunds for online courses will only be issued if there is a technical issue preventing access, and it cannot be resolved.
- No refunds for missed sessions unless prior notice is given.
3. How to Request a Refund or Cancellation
